Robyn Hass spent the early part of her career as a Senior Consultant/Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and in program management roles at similar firms. She managed or co-led large facilities redevelopment and R&D programs for DoD clients — work that required building operating structures, aligning stakeholders, managing transitions, and ensuring continuity of program delivery inside complex organizations.

She co-founded and was CFO and CHRO of Core Mechanical. Under her shared leadership, Core became an Inc. 5000 winner two years in a row, ranked #950 and #1021. She co-led the M&A process, then stayed through the transition as an operator/CFO — helping the platform company to grow to more than $100M in revenue.

She has been on both sides of an acquisition. She has built the infrastructure, managed the transition, and helped scale what came after. That experience is not something that can be replicated from a textbook or a consulting framework.

Additionally, Robyn holds a master's certificate in organizational change and development, graduate degrees in behavioral health sciences, a bachelor's degree in psychology, a SHRM-SCP senior HR certification, and has been a Certified Value Builder Advisor. Now she focuses on advisory CFO services and specialty triage engagements.
